We, recently stayed at Hotel Cervantes by HappyCulture in Paris, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the kind and helpful receptionists, who made check-in a breeze and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The hotel itself is a haven of peace and quiet in the bustling city. My room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and provided all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. To top it all off, my room had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower, which added a magical touch to my stay. One of the standout features of the hotel is the lobby, where guests can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, water, and cake throughout the day. This thoughtful amenity made my stay even more enjoyable and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the subway, metro, and other public transportation options, making it effortless to explore the city and reach all major attractions. In terms of value for money, Hotel Cervantes stands out. The quality of service, combined with the prime location, makes it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris. Whether you’re there for business or leisure, this hotel offers a serene retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cervantes by HappyCulture for an exceptional stay in Paris. The quiet ambiance, cleanliness, wonderful staff, delightful lobby amenities, and convenient transport access made my visit truly memorable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to the City if Light❤️ Regards to Juanjo, Nicholas and the other guy in the Reception Area

Family of four with two adults and two older teens. Stayed 5-9 July. Location - excellent: several metro stops less than 5 min walk to get you across Paris and further afield. We easily got to all the main sights in c15-20 mins on metro plus Versailles and Disney in around an hour. Rooms- we had a twin and two singles and were pleasantly surprised with the size for a European room. Good size bathroom. All nice and clean. Decor is modern. Fab wallpaper! Hotel clearly makes an effort to reduce waste, reusable cups in reception for example. In the area there is a range of cafes and and restaurants in walking distance which we used although we also are in other places before coming back for the evening. Breakfast- continental. Very nice fresh bread. 3 cereals, a few meats and cheeses, marmalade, hotel, pancakes, fruit and yoghurt. Not a huge choice but enough to get us going for the day. Breakfast areas is not huge but we always found a space. Staff were friendly. Although not a massive hotel, they’d made some nice areas eg a small sitting area with tea and coffee and a nice little outdoor space. These are welcoming. Usually there was a cake to go with the tea / coffee altho we missed it some days as we were out so long. I would stay here again!

The location was great; very close to a couple of metro stops and walkable to one of my favourite areas in Paris. The staff were friendly and happy to assist with questions or requests. The common areas were quite nice and inviting. We especially loved the drink options available in the lobby all the time - coffee, tea, still and sparkling water and syrups to flavour them! We appreciate their commitment to sustainability/environment. We were aware it was near some train tracks and did hear one train when we were in the courtyard, but our room was quiet for sleeping. Air con was much appreciated. We enjoyed the breakfasts and felt there were plenty of options. This wasn’t our original scheduled accommodation but switched really close to our arrival due to the air con (which we didn’t have at our previous booked hotel) and we were super happy with having made the switch for so many more reasons than just the pleasing room temperature during a heat wave.

The property is very cosy and comfortable for one person. I was in single room and had an Eiffel Tower view from the window. They welcome with card and chocolates in the room There are multiple charging sockets Provided with TV, hair dryer. Iron is available at reception There is free tea coffee at reception and in the room. There is water refill at reception The breakfast was decent. I dont expect anything extra. There is a lift in the hotel. The place is very close to bus stop and two metro stops. They have luggage storage All services available making your stay worry free

We travelled to watch some Olympic events and were delayed due to the issues with Eurostar. When i emailed the hotel to explain I was going to be very late, they responded immediately and put my mind at rest with regards to checking in during the early hours of the morning. Complimentary coffee, chilled water and cake in reception all day! Location for the Olympics was excellent - metro and RER stations within a short walk, Montmartre only 10 minutes away by Metro! Room was huge, far larger than expected.
